Jessica and Jill created this unique retreat to bring more balance into your life and practice by immersing in the sisters sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga. When practiced together, they prove to be inherent healing systems that help the individual live a healthy, happy life. Yoga heals through asana, pranayama and meditation and relates to the spiritual aspect of the human existence. Ayurveda heals through dinacharya (daily routine) that emphasizes a proper individualized diet and lifestyle regimen, panchakarma (detox and rejuvenation program), chikitsa (therapies) and herbs. As we turn our attention towards self care and healing while immersed in a stunning natural environment, far away from daily responsibilities and regular stressors, we are able to relax and restore our minds and bodies.
Space is limited to 10 guests max and by application only. Once registered all guests will receive dietary guidelines, educational resources, and shuttle confirmations.
