Jessica’s twice daily yoga and meditation classes are woven with Ayurvedic knowledge, uplifting affirmations, pranayama breathwork, mantra and meditation. She brings an energetic, creative, fun and fluid approach to all classes and workshops.

Focus on breath, alignment and mindfulness inspire each class. Her specialty is getting the foundation for a balanced, healthy, pain free body with a clear, conscious and stable mind by incorporating an ayurvedic diet and lifestyle with alignment based yoga for your unique constitution. She uses everything in her extensive tool kit of Ayurveda, anatomy, yoga, meditation, clinical massage therapy and various traditional healing modalities to keep her students moving from one posture to the next while weaving in Ayurvedic wisdom, cues and corrections.

For her it is beyond rewarding to see the positive changes of awareness, clarity, strength, flexibility, self love, understanding and acceptance in her students. Jessica offers levels and modifications for all guests.
